Install the extension
Free, on Chrome or Edge. No bot joins the call and nobody has to set anything up.

Create the team and invite
In the Ata dashboard, open the Team tab, give it a name and invite people by email or link.

Choose how many people
Up to 3 is free. For more people, subscribe to the Team plan in the team's Plan tab and pay only for the seats.

Questions from people setting up a team
Monthly, by card, through Stripe: in US dollars, in euros in Europe and in reais in Brazil. Whoever created the team picks the number of seats and every seat pays the tier price. With 12 people, for example, it is 12 × $1.39 = $16.68 a month.
Yes, anytime, in the team's Plan tab. The difference is charged or credited proportionally, and the price changes on its own when the team moves to another tier. A pending invite also takes a seat.
No. Each person decides which meetings go to the team. Anything not shared stays visible only to whoever recorded it.
Up to 3 people share meetings, minutes and folders and search the team history at no cost. AI follows each person's monthly Free plan limit. On the Team plan, everyone gets unlimited AI.
No. Anyone on a team with an active Team plan gets all of Pro while they are on the team, so they can cancel their individual Pro in their account.
Yes. The Team plan goes up to 500 seats at $0.99 each from 50 people on. For large teams, write to contato@ataai.app and we will help with the rollout.
